By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Digital Products & Services

Instant Access

Digital products (e.g., downloads, courses, memberships) are delivered immediately or within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

License & Usage

Digital products are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share purchased content in its entirety. Select screenshots may be shared to social media with correct tagging and attribution.

Reverse-engineer or modify proprietary materials.


Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Auto-Renewal

Memberships and subscription services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless canceled.

Cancellation

To cancel a subscription:

Allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.


Refund Policy

General Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

Technical issues preventing access to purchased content (we will work to resolve the issue first).

Duplicate charges or billing errors.

Unauthorized charges reported within 30 days of the transaction.

Case-by-Case Review

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

You will receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method.

Access to subscription services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

After 3 failed payment attempts, your subscription may be canceled.


Disputes & Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us:

Your account access may be suspended pending resolution.

Chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and loss of access to all purchased content.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
