Radiant Creative Living (operated by Radiant Creative Solutions, LLC) values respectful, supportive, and constructive community interactions. This policy outlines expectations for user-generated content (UGC) and community participation across our website, membership areas, forums, comments, and social media.
Membership in Radiant Creative Living is curated for women experiencing midlife transition and reinvention. Our programs and community are designed around that focus. While we welcome all respectful inquiries, we reserve the right to determine member suitability at our sole discretion to maintain alignment with our mission.
By submitting content or participating in our community, you agree to these guidelines.
What is User-Generated Content?
User-generated content includes:
Comments on blog posts and articles
Forum posts and discussion threads
Reviews and testimonials
Member-contributed content (photos, videos, stories)
Chatbot messages and feedback forms
Community Values
We are committed to fostering a community that is:
Respectful – Treat all members with kindness and dignity.
Supportive – Encourage and uplift others.
Constructive – Share ideas, feedback, and insights that add value.
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are not allowed and will be removed:
Harassment & Abuse
Personal attacks, insults, or threats directed at individuals or groups.
Bullying, intimidation, or intentional provocation.
Hate Speech & Discrimination
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Spam & Self-Promotion
Unsolicited advertising, promotional links, or affiliate links (unless explicitly permitted).
Repeated posting of the same content or irrelevant messages.
Illegal Activity
Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities.
Sharing pirated materials, stolen content, or infringing copyrights.
Explicit or Offensive Content
Sexually explicit, violent, or graphic material.
Profanity, vulgarity, or offensive language intended to shock or harm.
Misinformation
Deliberately false or misleading information.
Medical, legal, or financial advice presented as fact without proper disclaimers.
Privacy Violations
Sharing others’ personal information without consent (doxxing).
Posting private conversations or confidential materials.
Political or Ideological Commentary
This community is a space for learning, creativity, and respectful discussion—not political debate. Posts or comments that promote partisan viewpoints, campaign messaging, or ideologically charged themes will be removed.
We respect each individual’s right to personal beliefs but ask that political commentary, activism, and debate take place in other forums. This ensures our discussions remain focused, welcoming, and relevant to the Radiant Creative Living mission.
Account Suspension, Termination & Membership Eligibility
Radiant Creative Living (operated by Radiant Creative Solutions, LLC) reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any member, without prior notice, for violations of our Community Guidelines, Terms & Conditions, or for conduct determined — at our sole discretion — to be disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the spirit and values of our community.
Discretionary Removal:
We may, at any time and for any reason, refuse membership, revoke access, or terminate participation in our group, programs, or events.
Refund Policy for Terminated Members:
If a paid member is removed, they will receive a prorated refund for the current month (if applicable). No further compensation or reinstatement obligation exists after termination.
Membership Approval:
We are under no obligation to accept all applicants. Membership requests may be declined at our discretion and without explanation.
User Responsibilities
By submitting content, you agree to:
Own or have permission to share the content you post.
Grant us a license to display, distribute, and moderate your submissions.
Not impersonate another person or entity.
Respect intellectual property by not posting copyrighted materials without authorization.
Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:
Review, edit, or remove user-generated content at our discretion.
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these guidelines.
Report illegal activity to law enforcement when necessary.

Ownership & Licensing
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. However, by posting, you grant Radiant Creative Solutions, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Display, reproduce, and distribute your content across our platforms.
Use your content for promotional purposes (e.g., testimonials, case studies) with attribution where appropriate.

Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it:

Consequences for Violations
Violations may result in:
Warning – First-time minor infractions.
Content Removal – Offending posts will be deleted.
Account Suspension – Temporary restriction from community participation.
Account Termination – Permanent ban for repeat or severe violations.
Third-Party Platforms
This policy applies to content shared on Radiant Creative Living’s owned platforms. Content shared on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) is also subject to those platforms’ terms of service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update these Community Guidelines periodically. The “Effective Date” above reflects the current version. Continued participation after updates indicates acceptance of the revised guidelines.
